Who can use NikahGateway

You must be 18 or older to use NikahGateway. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. NikahGateway is for Muslims sincerely seeking marriage — use for any other purpose is not permitted.

What NikahGateway is

NikahGateway is a matrimonial platform connecting Muslim families. We are a technology platform — we provide the tools for families to find and connect with potential matches. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or match. All decisions are made independently by the families involved.

Your responsibilities

When using NikahGateway, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Use the platform with respect and good intentions
• Not create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself
• Not harass, threaten, or disrespect other members
• Use the platform only for sincere matrimonial search
• Not share other members' contact details without their consent
• Not use inappropriate, offensive, or indecent language
• Treat all families with dignity and respect

Profile approval

All profiles are reviewed by the matchmaker before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile at any time. Profiles that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or misleading will be removed.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscription fees are non-refundable. All payments are made offline directly to the matchmaker — the platform does not process or handle any payments. The matchmaker sets her own fees and confirms receipt of payment in her dashboard.

No liability

NikahGateway is a platform connecting families — we are not a matchmaking agency and we do not personally vet candidates. We are not responsible for the outcome of any introduction, meeting, or relationship that begins on this platform. All families make their own decisions independently. Please involve your family and follow Islamic principles throughout the process.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms — including fake profiles, harassment, or misuse of the platform. You may also delete your own account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
